New version of Chrome may affect identification in e-services

The cookie policy for Chrome’s new version (80) will change on Monday 17 February. Suomi.fi e-Identification will operate normally in the new version, but transfer to certain e-services may not be possible. The Chrome version’s new cookie policy will also necessitate an update of our e-services. 

If you are unable to access an e-service via Suomi.fi e-Identification, you should try a different browser. 

If you do not have access to another browser, clear the browser cache.
