Instructions for the Suomi.fi Web Service have been renewed

A redesigned Help and Support section has been published in the Suomi.fi Web Service. The section explains what you need to do to enable the Messages service and how Suomi.fi e-Identification works. It also tells you how to use the e-Authorisations service to give authorisations as a person or as a company or to request a mandate to use the services on behalf of another person or company.

In the instructions, you will also find a list of the organisations that use the Messages service to send messages, require e-Authorisations in their online services or retrieve information concerning you from their registers to display it to you in Suomi.fi.

In the Help and Support section you will also find general information on the web service, its availability, the language versions available and how the service is developed. Introductory videos of the services will be compiled in the section later.
