Error in sending an online form in Suomi.fi Messages service has been fixed

The Suomi.fi Messages service had a problem with sending online forms between 26 January 2022 at 1 pm and 28 January 2022 at 3:30 pm. The error has now been fixed.

The error prevented people from sending online forms that use Suomi.fi Messages. It affected the websites of some public administration organisations. 

The error did not affect all online forms. If you did not receive an error message while sending an online form, that form was not affected by the error.

The Digital and Population Data Services Agency has fixed the error and you can now send forms normally again.
