The disruption in the customer service numbers of the Digital and Population Data Services Agency's Public Service Info and Certificate Services is over.
Due to the disruption, it was not possible to reach the Public Service Info and Certificate Services by phone at the numbers 0295 000 and 0600 96160.
The disruption was caused by an incorrect configuration made by the supplier of the service provider Government ICT Centre Valtori during a change.
The disruption started on 8 October 2025 at 13.42 and ended at 14.56.
The service provider has resolved the error and the service functions normally again.
