A working group coordinated by the Digital and Population Data Services Agency is surveying the citizens' opinions on the public administration’s digital services. The survey is linked to the Ministry of Finance's Life Event Based Digitalisation programme, which includes the planning of new types of life event-specific collections.

It takes around 10-15 minutes to complete the survey. You can also register for an experiment organised in the autumn and influence the future development of public administration's digital services.
The survey is available in three languages: Finnish, Swedish and English. All language versions are accessed through the same link. The technical implementation of the survey is carried out on the Digital and Population Data Services Agency’s Questback platform.
