Welcome to a free webinar on 9 October 2026 from 11.00 to 12.30. The webinar will provide practical information about Suomi.fi e-Authorizations and acting on behalf of another person.

The webinar is suitable for anyone who currently handles, or may in the future handle, the affairs of a relative, family member or another adult through digital services. We also encourage libraries, organisations, educational institutions and other organisations to arrange group viewing sessions and invite their customers and target groups to watch the webinar together.
During the webinar, you can ask questions from experts representing the services and see practical examples of acting on behalf of another person.
A link to the webinar and instructions on how to ask questions will be sent to everyone who has registered at least one week before the webinar. The webinar will be recorded, and a link to the recording will be sent to everyone who has registered.
The webinar will be held in Finnish, but the recording will also have Swedish subtitles.
