Suomi.fi e-Authorizations was only partially available on the morning of 2 October 2026. During this period, acting on behalf of a company or a private person was slow or was not possible in all situations. The service is now operating normally again.
The issue began on 2 October 2026 at 7:52 a.m. and was resolved at approximately at 10:00.
The Digital and Population Data Services Agency is monitoring the situation.
