This mandate allows the assignee to receive personal advice on driving licences, driving examinations, parking cards for people with reduced mobility and personal licences and professional qualifications for road traffic on behalf of the assignor.
This mandate allows the assignee to do the following on behalf of the assignor:
implement a wellbeing application to manage the assignor’s affairs
grant the wellbeing application the right to retrieve patient data stored in the assignor’s Kanta Services to the wellbeing application used by the assignee
view patient data retrieved from the assignor’s Kanta Services
give consent to the wellbeing application to process patient data retrieved from the assignor’s Kanta Services for the purposes of use specified by the application
revoke the wellbeing application's right to retrieve patient data from the assignor’s Kanta Services
withdraw the consent given to the wellbeing application for processing patient data retrieved from the assignor’s Kanta Services.
This mandate allows the assignee to exercise, on behalf of the assignor, all data protection rights related to the processing of personal data, such as:
review the authorizer’s data
request rectification and erasure of data, as well as restriction of processing
This mandate allows the assignee to give consent for the electronic transfer of messages, to manage message settings and to read and send electronic messages on behalf of the assignor.
This mandate allows the assignee to, on behalf of the assignor, request archived documents related to the assignor’s military service, employment history, and state of health.
This mandate allows the assignee to order documents related to the Ministry for Foreign Affairs’ administrative branch on behalf of the assignor. These documents include:
identity documents and address details from other countries
