This mandate allows the assignee to manage affairs concerning the exchange of waste and production side streams and services related to them on behalf of the assignor. Such matters include
- searching for or offering waste management or specialist services
- searching for or offering recoverable materials
- viewing, submitting and accepting offers
- viewing and drawing up contracts
- maintaining the assignor's information.
