This mandate allows the assignee on behalf of the assignor to manage matters concerning invoices and fees from the municipality, such as
- change payment time, the account number and contact information
- monitor when the annual social welfare and health care payment ceiling is reached and order a certificate
- send and receive messages related to fees, salaries and employment relationships.
