This mandate allows the assignee to do the following on behalf of the assignor
- apply for export guarantees and give the necessary commitments with regard to the terms and conditions and fees of the financing
- manage matters related to granted export guarantees, such as submitting export declarations, forwarding messages or applying for an increase of a limit under a valid export guarantee.
