Submitting applications related to the emissions trading registry
This mandate allows the assignee to manage applications related to the emissions trading registry on behalf of the assignor, such as:
- applying for the addition and deletion of representatives entitled to make emissions allowance transactions
- applying for the opening and closing of an account in the Union Registry and for changing the operating rules of an account
- viewing decisions made on the basis of the applications
- requesting that the assignor's information be updated.
