This mandate allows the assignee to, on behalf of the assignor,
- make statutory notifications on occupational safety and health issues
- apply for permits related to occupational safety and health
- provide information on self-monitoring of occupational safety
- submit reports related to occupational safety and health
- review the assignor's monitoring data, such as audit reports
- report the measures taken to address the shortcomings found in the occupational safety and health inspection
- maintain the assignor's contact details.
