This mandate allows the assignee to process the statutory applications and notifications of a diplomatic mission and make decisions related to them on behalf of the assignor. Under the mandate, the assignee can, for example:
- issue residence permits and identity cards to staff
- confirm tax refunds
- process other statutory matters concerning the diplomatic mission and its staff.
