This mandate allows the assignee on behalf of the assignor to manage matters concerning employment pensions and vocational rehabilitation that do not contain health information, such as
- applying for a pension or benefit
- applying for a change to a pension or benefit decision
- changing the details of a pension or benefit, such as changing the assignor's account number
- changing the assignor's contact details
- submitting a notification of residence of a pension recipient living abroad
- reviewing information related to the pension receiver's employment history and pension payment
- viewing documents related to pension or benefit matters.
