This mandate allows the assignee to manage matters concerning farmers’ social, pension and leisure insurance policies on behalf of the assignor, such as
- apply for an insurance policy, provide additional information, notify changes and appeal decisions
- view insurance-related information that may contain health information
- change the assignor's contact details.
This mandate cannot be used to notify or change bank details.
