This mandate allows the assignee to do the following on behalf of the assignor:

register as a drone operator
register for the online theory test for a remote pilot
provide data relating to the operator, such as personal data, company data, operation licence information and period of registration.
check and update the data reported to the register
appeal a change to the data in the register or submit a notification of change.
