  • applying for a pension or benefit
  • applying for a change to a pension or benefit decision
  • viewing pension-related documents that may contain health information
  • changing the assignor's contact details
  • reviewing information related to employment history and pension payment.
This mandate cannot be used to change payment details of the pension or benefit.
