Lauttasaari beach / Outdoor exercise

Lauttasaari beach outdoor exercise area has Omnigym’s equipment with adjustable weight units. There are a total of eight machines:

- squat

- horizontal row

- lat pulldown

- bench press

- incline press

- front press

- seated triceps press

In addition, the gym has a Big Rig rack for diverse body weight training.
