- Step 1. Choose your language
If you want service in Swedish, press 1.
If you want service in Finnish, press 2.
- Step 2. Choose your municipality

If your home municipality is Kristiinankaupunki please dial a diffrent number.
- Step 3. Wait for the call to be redirected
Your call will be redirected to your municipality’s health centre. Listen to the instructions and follow them carefully.
You can cancel your appointment by text message.
Write your name, municipality, the appointment time you want to cancel and if you need a new appointment.
If you have booked your appointment using the online booking system you also have to cancel it from there.
