what permits or licences you have to apply for
in which registers you have to enter your company
what notifications you have to submit and to whom.

Take into consideration that

there are special obligations in some sectors
some notifications have to be submitted regularly
some permits and licences must be renewed after a certain period of time.

Instead of several individual permits, you can sometimes apply for permits as a package of permits.
