Services for intellectually disabled people

Intellectually disabled people may need help in daily life with communication just as much as with housework, getting about or writing. A range of services are available including special rehabilitation, technical aids and adaptation training, together with day care and schooling solutions. Various kinds of housing services from supported housing to sheltered housing are also available. In addition, relevant organisations engage in research and information activities.
