All debt collection agencies operating in Finland are registered by the Regional State Administrative Agency for Southern Finland. The Regional State Administrative Agency for Southern Finland is also responsible for ensuring that the debt collection agencies entered in the Finnish register of debt collection agencies comply with the law and good debt collection practices.
