Do the following

The TE Office and the City of Tampere Employment and Growth Services direct their clients to the service.

To whom and on what terms

Only unemployed job seekers, as defined by law, whose entitlement to daily unemployment allowance or earnings related daily allowance expires due to reaching the maximum period after turning 57 years of age, are covered by the service. The TE Office or the Tampere Employment and Growth Services ask the person covered by the employment obligation if he or she is willing to use his or her right to work under the employment obligation. Accepting the work offered by the city is voluntary. If the client has given his or her consent to work under the employment obligation, and a job has already been agreed upon, the refusal can lead to sanctions.
