Do the following
The applications for a certificate of approval for animal transport vehicles must be submitted using the application form for animal transporter authorisations.
Send the application for the animal transporter authorisation to the registry of the Regional State Administrative Agency of your place of residence electronically or by post, accompanied by the form 'Documentation for the vehicle used for transporting animals for more than 8 hours'.
If you already have a valid animal transporter authorisation for which you want to add a new approved vehicle, please send an application for changes to an animal transporter authorisation to the Regional Administrative Agency.
Agree on the inspection of the vehicle with the official veterinarian. Bring all equipment used in the transport to the inspection. Make sure that all equipment and tools are in working order.
To whom and on what terms
The Regional State Administrative Agency issues a certificate of approval when the vehicle meets the legal requirements for transports lasting more than 8 hours. The official veterinarian inspects the vehicle before the certificate of approval is issued.
Deadline
Longer journeys of over 8 hours can start once the vehicle approval certificate has been received and the other operating permits (animal transport permit and the personnel competency certificates) are in order.

The processing time is usually 1-2 months.
