Traffic Customer Service is a contact service for road, railway and waterway issues belonging to the Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency, Fintraffic and the ELY-Centres' area of responsibility Transport and Infrastructure.

Our customer service agents answer questions, give advice, process feedback and provide guidance on electronic services. On the website, there is information about, for example, road and railway maintenance, traffic safety, transport infrastructure projects, as well as instructions on how to apply for transport permits. Our customer service agents also give guidance on the use of the web pages.
