Symppis is a low-threshold day activity centre for you if you have substance abuse and mental health problems.

We serve porridge, coffee and bread. You can use a computer and get help, for example, in applying for income support or housing. We arrange different kinds of programmes and activities, but you can also come by just to relax or catch up with others.

We offer health advice and the opportunity to take vaccines. We do HIV and hepatitis tests as well as STD and pregnancy tests.

The doctor sees patients once a week. We can provide you with a referral to detoxification treatment.

All Symppis locations have a needle exchange point where you can replace your used needles with new ones.

Symppis also offers customers peer support.

All our services are free of charge. You can come to see us under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol and anonymously.

We look forward to seeing you at Symppis!
