Sports Services seeks to offer high-quality, easy-to-reach and reasonably priced sports opportunities for the Helsinki residents for whom regular physical activity is especially important to maintain health.
These groups are intended for people of all ages and in all physical conditions, and they are held at a large number of locations around Helsinki.

Helsinki residents have the priority. Non-Helsinki residents are charged a double fee to attend.
Only guardians can enroll children and minors in supervised sports groups.
