To whom and on what terms

The service is intended for adults who need housing support due to reasons related to mental health or substance abuse. The client applies for the service by contacting Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, or the contact pursuant to the Social Welfare Act can be initiated by an authority or a person close to the client who is worried about the client’s housing situation. A referral is not required. The service needs assessment of clients is performed in accordance with the Social Welfare Act.
