For moving around, there is a lift; the door opens automatically. The floor numbers in the lift cannot be felt with fingers.
The customer service point has thresholds over 2 cm high.
The customer service point has a ramp under 6 m long.
The doors in the customer service point stand out clearly.
The customer service point has a toilet marked as accessible on the same floor. The toilet does not have sufficient room for a wheelchair and the door is too narrow. One or both sides of the toilet seat lack a support rail.
