There are many entrances to the neighbourhood sports area. The neighbourhood sports area is extensively lit.
The neighbourhood sports area has one fenced arena and one playing field.
The neighbourhood sports area can be used for playing football, playing basketball, swinging, climbing on a jungle gym, sliding, training on a technique track.
The route to the various activity locations is in part soft. In locations, the floor of the location has a significant contrast in shade to the environment.
Football can be played on a field with a compressed sand surface, which doesn't have a sufficient contrast in shade to its environment.
Basketball can be played on a fenced arena with a artificial turf surface, which has a sufficient contrast in shade to its environment. The arena wall is approximately 120 cm high, and entrance is through an opening more than 90 cm wide.
The various swings have a significant contrast in shade to safety sand surface. There is also a bird's nest swing in the area.
The slide is over 90 cmwide and has a significant contrast in shade to flexible surface (safety tiles). The upper platforms of the slides can be accessed by stairs.
There is no instruction board provided by the technique track, which requires agility. The track has a safety sand surface.
