The Keski-Espoo swimming pool is located in a historic environment by the river next to Espoo Cathedral.
In addition to ordinary saunas, there is a hybrid sauna that serves as an infrared sauna and an aroma sauna. In odd weeks, the infrared sauna is on until 14:00 and the aroma sauna from 14:00 onwards. In even weeks, the aroma sauna is on until 14:00 and the infrared sauna from 14:00 onwards.
