In the register is stored your name and personal identity number, gender, residence, address, telephone number, education and profession, mother tongue, other than Finnish nationality, qualifications for service and information regarding the service position and period of service. You can verity your information through the Omasivari application program.

Or you can print the request for verification of the information stored in the civilian service register, fill it in and sign it. Send the form to the Civilian Service Centre by e-mail or by mail. The Civilian Service Centre will process the requests for verification without delay.

Information on all service channels is not available in your chosen language. Change the language of the site to receive information on service channels in other languages.

To whom and on what terms

Your information can be found in the current civilian service register after the Civilian Service Centre has received your application for civilian service from the local office of the defence forces. In the current civilian service register is stored information about the persons who have completed the civilian service or additional service after 1984.
