Renting community centres

Local operators can rent premises for free for local resident activities. For regular activities premises are rented on weekday evenings in general.

Free regular turns are rented from Betania in Punavuori, Partnership House Hanna, Maunula Resident House Saunabaari, Resident House Malmin toimintakeskus, Kontula, Vuosaari and Pihlajamäki Suburb Houses. The application period is in Autumn and ends on 30 September.

Regular turns can be in general applyed by actors whose activities are open for everybody and fee and who promote the well-being in the area. The filled in application is a guarantee for why the premises are rented for the operator in question.

In the weekends premises are rented for operators' individual events and for private persons' family occations. Rent is €19,96 per hour. More information at the resident houses' homepages.

To whom and on what terms

The activities in community centres and local centres are open for all. The premises are intoxicant and smoke-free.

The service is only for citizens of Helsinki.
