Clients of child welfare and other social services may receive support for recreational or club activities. The purpose of the support is to enable participation in long-term hobby activities. For example, clients can receive support for club or course fees or for acquiring the equipment necessary for their hobbies.
Some associations and organisations also offer free or low-cost recreational opportunities for children and young people from low-income families. For more information about possible discounts, ask your local social services or the organisers of the recreational and club activities.
