Permit to organise fishing tourism events

In order to secure the operating conditions for fishing tourism, the Centre for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment (ELY Centre) may grant a permit covering all of its operating area or part of it for organising fishing tourism events with no more than six fishermen at a time where angling, ice fishing or lure fishing can be pursued. To whom and on what terms

In the permit the ELY Centre may set regional fishing restrictions or daily catching quotas, if required by the fishery considerations or the status of the fish stock of the area. The ELY Centre may revoke the permit if the permit holder significantly violates the terms set in it and does not cease to violate them regardless of a notice and warning from the ELY Centre.


Processing time

The permit application is processed within 4 to 6 weeks after it has been received.

Period of validity

The licence will be valid for a maximum of five years.
