You can obtain an advance ruling from the Finnish Tax Administration on personal tax issues. Advance rulings are binding decisions on how the Tax Administration will resolve a specific tax matter.

The advance ruling application is free-form, but must be submitted in writing. The advance ruling issued on the application is subject to a fee. The Tax Administration provides advice on how to prepare and submit an application.
