A posted worker is a person who normally works in a country other than Finland and who is posted to Finland for a limited period of time during the employment relationship by an employer established in another country and engaged in activities in that country.

To whom and on what terms

The guidance service of the Occupational Safety and Health Division of the Regional State Administrative Agency for Southwest Finland provides general information on Finnish legislation related to the posting of workers. If necessary, the person will be referred to the competent authority.
