The national Enterprise Finland Telephone Service offers user-friendly and quickly accessible guidance in establishing an enterprise for starting entrepreneurs free of charge. The service can be contacted by telephone, via chat or using the online service request.

The business advisors help you with the most typical questions related to establishing an enterprise. They investigate your situation and advise you on how to proceed. You will receive advice and information on, for example, the business plan, various financing options (e.g. startup grant, business development aid, loans, pay subsidies), optional company forms, taxation, entrepreneur’s social security, hiring employees, business permissions, required notifications, the practicalities of establishing an enterprise and filling the establishment forms.

The business advisor can tell you which public services for enterprises and employers are available to you and guide you in using the services online. If necessary, you will be directed to another expert or a private meeting at a regional enterprise guidance office will be arranged, for example.
