To whom and on what terms
The Regional State Administrative Agency investigates and considers the grounds for the provision of executive assistance on case-by-case basis on the basis of the application submitted by the other authority and issues an appealable decision in the matter.
The Regional State Administrative Agency has to reserve an opportunity for the party to be heard before a decision regarding an order to impose a default fine and an order to pay such fine and a decision to issue a notice of enforced compliance and a notice of enforced suspension and a decision regarding an order to enforce such decisions is made.
