Information security incident NIS notification form

Use this form to report an information security incident to the supervisory authority in your sector, in accordance with the NIS Directive. At the same time, the National Cyber Security Centre Finland of the Finnish Transport and Communications Agency Traficom may also be notified of the incident, on a voluntary basis.
