A person is considered undocumented if they do not have a residence permit in Finland or their asylum application has been rejected and they are no longer a client of a reception centre. An undocumented person can apply for support from social services if they are concerned about their income, housing or other aspects related to their current situation in life.

Persons who do not have a residence permit for Finland or whose asylum application has been rejected and who are no longer reception centre clients are considered undocumented.

Undocumented persons can apply for support from social services if they reside in the area and are concerned about their income, housing or other situation in life.
