Continuous monitoring supervises the condition of properties and buildings based on its own observations, written feedback, requests for action and denunciations.
Based on the denunciation, it is considered whether the issue requires action by Building Control. Issues are handled in the order of urgency.
Anonymous feedback or denunciations are usually not processed.
