To whom and on what terms

In order to use the service, you need to activate it and accept the terms of use. The organisation’s e-service must use a strong identification service. An organisation that uses the service must provide a connection via an interface to the Suomi.fi Data Exchange Layer and add role and authorisation queries to the functionality of its own service. In addition, the organisation must make necessary user interface and application changes to its e-service system. The organisation will need a VTJ data access authorisation and the Digital and Population Data Services Agency's server certificate if the service is used via the Suomi.fi Data Exchange Layer.
