Business development services are consultation and training services offered by the ELY Centre to support the growth, reformation and internationalisation of small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) and to promote employment.
The target group of the Management of Marketing and Customer Relationships training are SMEs that actively seek to increase their revenue. The training is aimed at company management and key personnel. The training may emphasize a certain field of business or target group.
The objective of the training is to increase the efficiency of SMEs’ marketing and customer relationship management and administration in order to improve the companies’ competitiveness and to better connect marketing and sales to the entire business operation. The participant’s understanding of their company’s customer relationships, marketing and sales know-how, development needs and objectives becomes clearer and they are provided with tools and support for marketing and sales that utilise a customer relationship strategy.
The training includes 14 contact teaching days and two company-specific consultation days.

A fee is charged for the service.
The price of the training for the customer is €2130 + VAT.
