Business development services: Management of Finance and Productivity training

Business development services are consultation and training services offered by the ELY Centre to support the growth, reformation and internationalisation of small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) and to promote employment.
The target group of the Management of Finance and Productivity training are SMEs that are undergoing changes and wish to develop their know-how from the viewpoint of finance and productivity. The training is aimed at company management and key personnel. The training may emphasize a certain field of business or target group.
The objective of the training is to provide a company with a clearer picture of its financial situation and of the significance of finance as a tool for planning and managing business operations. The topics discussed in the training include the significance of financial information in business, the relation between finance and productivity (incl. HR-related matters) as well as business law and taxation. The participants of the training and the consultation days learn to identify their company’s finance- and productivity-related areas that require development. In addition, they receive support for developing these areas.
The training includes 10 contact teaching days and two company-specific consultation days.

The training can be participated without business field-related limitations by SMEs that are undergoing changes.
A fee is charged for the service.
The price of the training for the customer is €1,470 + VAT.
