The Bachelor of Police Services degree can be completed at the Police University College in Tampere. The scope of the degree is 180 credit points, and the completion time is about three years.

Applications to police education are filed online at haku.polamk.fi. You can sign in to the service by using your online banking codes, an ID card with an embedded chip, or mobile verification.

The application period ends on the last day of the application period at 4:15 pm. Applicants may change or supplement their applications until the end of the application period.

Invitations to the various phases of the entrance examination and other letters related to the application and selection process are sent to the applicant electronically via the applicant service. Applicants should follow the progress of the application process via the online applicant service.

To whom and on what terms

The applicant must meet the admission criteria (Finnish citizenship, suitable educational background, suitable state of health, honesty and trustworthiness, category B driver's license) by the end of the application period.

Students are selected to the Bachelor of Police Services degree program based on a two-phase entrance examination.

All applicants meeting the admission criteria are invited to the entrance examination.
