Authorisation for centralised clearance

The authorisation holder can lodge at the customs office where he is established, a customs declaration for goods which are presented at another customs office. For example, if a company is located in Finland, its goods are cleared through customs in Finland but presented at a customs office in Germany.

Processing time

Authorisation applications are processed within 120 days from when they are approved for processing. The application can be approved for processing when it contains all the details needed to make a decision, i.e. the application is fully completed and accompanied with the necessary attachments.
