An operator of a return system for beverage containers can submit an application to the ELY Centre for Pirkanmaa for an exception from the labelling obligation. Based on the application, the ELY Centre can grant an exception from the labelling obligation for containers included in the return system.

Do the following
Send the completed application form with its attachments to the registry of the ELY Centre by post (Pirkanmaa ELY Centre, registry, P.O. Box 297, 33101 Tampere) or by email (kirjaamo.pirkanmaa@ely-keskus.fi).
To whom and on what terms
The ELY Centre can grant an operator of a return system for beverage containers an exception from the labelling obligation if the beverages are not served to consumers in the containers or if the absence of labelling does not significantly impede the return of the beverage containers.
Period of validity
The decision is valid until further notice.
