Residents can lease parcels to cultivate in allotments all over Espoo. A rent must be paid in advance in the spring. A tenant has preference to the same parcel next year. That means you can grow perennials.

The rental includes the use of irrigation water (only connected in the summertime). The tenant is in charge of soil enrichment etc.
